Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders $0-$99.99: $12.00
  • Orders $100-$998.99: $49.99
  • Orders $999+: FREE

Express Shipping:

  • All orders: $89.99

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Express shipping arrives within 2-3 business days. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and are excited to serve our international customers:

Standard International Shipping:

  • Orders $0-$99.99: $25.00
  • Orders $100-$998.99: $89.99
  • Orders $999+: FREE

Express International Shipping:

  • All orders: $149.99

International standard shipping typically takes 10-21 business days. Express international shipping takes 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and your location.

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Large Item Delivery

Many of our luxury outdoor products (gazebos, furniture, fire pits) are large items that require freight shipping. These items will be delivered curbside or to your threshold. You are responsible for moving items inside your home or property. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship large items to PO boxes
  • Some remote or rural areas may incur additional shipping fees or extended delivery times
  • We reserve the right to contact you if additional shipping charges apply to your location
